healthy eatting and the dreaded gym

Eating healthy is something we all promise our selves but it can be easier then you think.
There are so many things you can do to make your diet better then it is, you might already eat every type of vegetable out there but what snacks are you eating. for example how many chocolate bars
are you having a week or packs of crisps?. how much are you eating them foods that you should be a treat or are you doing the exercise to help burn off them snacks.
I am a huge lover of McDonald's but I try to put gaps in between visits.
I also don't eat crisps anymore, you don't have to cut anything you enjoy out but for me I felt no eating them anymore was the best thing. I proved to myself that I have a strong will power.

my tips 1. don't fill your kitchen with foods that you want to cut down on
2. include more vegetables or fruit in your meals
3. do 10 minutes to 30 minutes of exercise a day ( if possible)
4. write down all the foods you want to cut down on or what you eat to much of, this will give you an idea of what your biggest problem is
5. swap out things for a better alternative

The biggest thing to remember you can eat anything you want to in moderation, your body needs fats and sugars ( your body needs the right amount of everything) so their not so bad but the amount you take in is where most peoples problems lie.

try swapping things like milk chocolate for dark chocolate or sweets for fruits of your choice
maybe try drinking more fresh juices or have more water a day.  people to gain motivation or healthy recipes from you tube: Niomi smart, Carly Rowena, the lean machines, all great channels offering great advice and tips for health and fitness

hope this helped

Go to makeup products...

my first blog post... go to makeup products

my favourite makeup products at the moment are ...

                                         Face products...
                                         L'Oreal true match foundation £9.99
Benefit Hoola bronzer £23.50 for a full size box
                                         L'Oreal true match concealer £6.99
                                         Rimmel stay matte powder £3.99
Mac face and body foundation £21.50
I reach for these products because they don't cake up on the skin, they don't               feel thick on my skin. The benefit bronzer has a really nice under tone, it isn't orange or to
brown it is a really nice natural shade that I think could go with a lot of skin tones. it is easy to blend out so its soft or can be worn as a strong contour.
The L'Oreal true match foundation has a water like consistency but goes on the skin beautifully,
it can be worn sheer or built to a full coverage. it doesn't cake on the skin or go patchy, it is long wearing and super easy to blend. it has spf 17.
L'Oreal true match concealer is thicker then the foundation but also is a amazing product in its self, covers my under eye circles and is a good highlighter.
Rimmel stay matte powder is a product I always go back to if I try a new powder, it goes nice on the skin and lasts and keeps me matte as I have oily skin.
finally from this list Mac face and body foundation like the L'Oreal foundation it is water based but is more sheer. it can be built up. I love how it feels on the skin, its like nothings there. it blends so easy and a little goes a long way.

For eyes I always reach for the Benefit they're real mascara, I have used these every time I have used mascara since February this year. it makes your lashes look so long and full it is my holly grail product for eyes nothing compares to have it looks.

for my eyeliner I like to use a felt tip type pen as I find it the easiest and fastest way to apply eyeliner and its is amazing for getting that winged eyeliner look.

if you have read this post I would just like to say thanks and keep watch for more posts.
